Welcome to Trading Masterclass ("the Masterclass"). By accessing or using this website, registering for the Masterclass, or participating in the sessions, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Agreement to Terms
By browsing, accessing, or registering on this platform, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease using this platform and cancel any registrations.
2. Eligibility and Registration
Registration for the Summit requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information. The Summit is designed for business owners, working professionals, coaches, and consultants. We reserve the right to decline registration or restrict access to the live event/Zoom link for any reason.
3. Workshop Materials and Access
Access links to the virtual Zoom summit, templates, worksheets, and resources are intended solely for the registered user. Sharing access links, recorded sessions, or any proprietary workshop materials without our explicit prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
4. User Conduct
During live sessions, chat rooms, and community forums (such as the WhatsApp Community), users must maintain a respectful, constructive, and professional code of conduct. Any spamming, advertisement of third-party products, harassment, or abusive language will lead to immediate removal without warning.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, presentations, slides, branding, design assets, and materials presented or distributed during the Summit are the intellectual property of Trading and/or Arihant Jain. You do not acquire any ownership rights by participating in the Summit.
